Neighbourhood Cafe

 Come for a piece of cake, warm drink and friendly chat - a great way to catch up with fellow villagers.  There is a charity collection every month and the cafe welcomes suggestions for charities from neighbours.  Charity News

This month, our charity has been chosen by a neighbour;   we are delighted to be supporting the Cinnamon Trust, a specialist national charity seeking to relieve the anxieties and problems faced by elderly and terminally ill people and their pets, thereby saving a great deal of sadness.  They work in partnership with pet owners to overcome any difficulties that might arise, e.g. dog walking for housebound owners, fostering pets whilst owners are in hospital and providing long term care for pets whose owners have  moved to residential accommodation which will not accept pets, or indeed for those who have died.  You can read more about this charity at https://cinnamon.org.uk/cinnamon-trust/
